How to request account deletion
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Send an email to the address below from the email address registered on your account, or include your registered phone number in the message:
Email: [email protected]Please write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject and include your full name and the phone number or email you used to register, so we can verify that the account belongs to you.
What will be deleted
- Your account (name, phone number, email address, password)
- Your profile information and photos
- Your posts and listings (for example property, job, or marketplace posts)
- Your saved preferences and notification (device) tokens
What may be kept
- Booking, order, and payment records, which we may need to keep for a limited period for accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes
How long it takes
We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days of verifying your request.

অ্যাকাউন্ট মোছার অনুরোধ করবেন যেভাবে
আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও এর সাথে যুক্ত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। অ্যাকাউন্টে নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল থেকে নিচের ঠিকানায় ইমেইল করুন, অথবা মেসেজে আপনার নিবন্ধিত ফোন নম্বর লিখে দিন:
ইমেইল: [email protected]ইমেইলের বিষয়ে "Account Deletion Request" লিখুন এবং আপনার পূর্ণ নাম ও নিবন্ধনের সময় দেওয়া ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইল জানান, যাতে অ্যাকাউন্টটা আপনারই কিনা আমরা যাচাই করতে পারি।
যা মুছে ফেলা হবে
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট (নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ইমেইল, পাসওয়ার্ড)
- প্রোফাইলের তথ্য ও ছবি
- আপনার করা পোস্ট ও লিস্টিং (যেমন প্রপার্টি, চাকরি বা মার্কেটপ্লেসের পোস্ট)
- সংরক্ষিত পছন্দ ও নোটিফিকেশন (ডিভাইস) টোকেন
যা কিছুদিন রাখা হতে পারে
- বুকিং, অর্ডার ও পেমেন্টের রেকর্ড, যা হিসাব-নিকাশ, আইনি প্রয়োজন ও প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধের জন্য সীমিত সময় রাখতে হতে পারে
কতদিন লাগবে
অনুরোধ যাচাইয়ের পর ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে আমরা আপনার তথ্য মুছে ফেলব।
